DESIGN-FABRICATE-BUILD
Our team has extensive design-build experience throughout the United States. We provide 3D models of your space prior to beginning construction in an effort to hit the ground running and to avoid potential operational challenges when the space is complete. These models go straight into fabrication at the MEP shops and can cut significant time and double work in traditional construction. The firm has found that providing 3D walkthroughs both in pre-construction and throughout construction has decreased construction periods, lowered the cost of construction, day 2 changes, and improved value.
REAL TIME INSIGHTS
We provide real-time insights into your project(s) by using best in class technology systems - whether its project dashboards, virtual walk through's or executive reports. Our technology and insights bring project teams from all key stakeholders together quicker to solve challenges more efficiently throughout construction.
